As you can see, there are quite a number of programs that can be downloaded via SSDownloader. They even come with a short description and rating where you can view after clicking the ‘?’ button corresponding to the particular software, and there is a ‘Download Dir’ button allows you to set your desired folder to place the downloaded applications.

One feature I liked the most in SSDownloader is that it will always try to download the latest build available from the software company, where you can always be assured that you have the latest version of the software (of course not the latest virus/malware definition.) Also, if you are on the 64 bit flavor of Windows, no worries, the software runs just fine and it even automatically downloads the 64 bit version of security software for you, if available. Once you have your desired software chosen, you can just click on the ‘Download’ button and everything will be downloaded by itself. A simple pop-up notification at the taskbar will be shown once a program is downloaded so you won’t miss it, isn’t that great?
